Alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes

What is alternative dispute resolution?
The alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal to appeal and officials to assist them in resolution or direction of any conflict before opening litigation in the courts.
As a general rule, the procedure is the following customer asks an impartial third party who acts as an intermediary between you and the trader who is the subject of your complaint.
The intermediary may suggest a solution to your complaint, impose a solution to both parties or bring the parties together to find a solution.
The alternative dispute resolution is, as a rule, less expensive, less formal and faster than the courts

In case of dispute, the customer can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity Dispute (ADR), for the provision of legal information and resolution of a conflict that results of the services provided.
